We dispatch all our orders within 2-4 business days. If your parcel dispatch will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you.
Australian Domestic Shipping:
All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post with tracking included as standard (no signature required).
Get FREE standard domestic shipping when you spend over $80
Get FREE express domestic shipping when you spend over $100!
You can check the Australia Post website for the latest delivery timeframes and any delays.
Local Pickup or Drop Off:
You can choose to pick up your purchase from Warragul or have it dropped off to a mutually convenient location.
Please note that parcel drop off may take up to 2 weeks depending on availability. Please leave a note or message us to arrange a suitable time for pickup or drop off. If for some reason we can't find a time that suits, we'll request payment for a shipping method. If you have any questions about this option, just message us.
Townships that qualify for drop off option are:
Pakenham, Garfield, Bunyip, Longwarry, Drouin, Warragul, Nilma, Yarragon, Trafalgar, Moe, Morwell, Traralgon, Churchill.
All international shipping pricing in the table below is based on a 500g parcel weight delivered with Australia Post. Postage costs will be higher for some heavier items on the site which will automatically be calculated in your cart. Please message us if we don't have your country listed in our shipping options and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
